KQ-65-21 Christmas trees

KQ production wellhead is designed and manufactured by our company, which combined with flat gate valve. 1. Equipment composition
API 6A KQ-65-21 The tree is mainly composed of bottom flange, straight seat oil pipe head, upper flange, gate valve (usually 2), small four pass, suspension (1), stop valve (1), pressure gauge (1) and other components. These components work together to ensure the safe and efficient control of the wellhead.

Maximum working pressure: 21MPa to ensure the stable operation of the equipment under high pressure environment.

Vertical diameter of oil tubing head: 160mm for smooth passage of oil and gas.
Working medium: suitable for oil, natural gas and other media.
Connecting tubing specification: 2 ⁷ / 8 ” thickened tubing to ensure stable connection to the wellhead.
Connecting sleeve specification: 7 ” casing, matching with the wellhead unit.
3. Equipment characteristics
The bearing parts adopts alloy steel casting, after special treatment, with high strength, corrosion resistance, sulfide corrosion resistance and other properties, to ensure the long-term stable operation of the equipment in the harsh environment.
The sealing element adopts high-performance materials, such as V-type filler is filled with polytetrafluoroethylene, and O-ring sealing element adopts fluorine rubber to ensure good sealing performance of the equipment.
